Priyanka is a Trainee Trade Mark Attorney at PurdyLucey, bringing strong international IP experience as a Foreign Qualified Lawyer. Before joining the firm, she worked with a leading intellectual property practice in India, gaining hands-on expertise across trade mark, design and copyright prosecution and litigation.
She has advised a diverse range of clients on portfolio management, brand protection strategies, trade mark filings, oppositions and enforcement matters, and has represented clients before the High Court and the Intellectual Property Office in India. Priyanka is particularly passionate about helping early-stage businesses and creators build commercially focused IP portfolios.
Priyanka holds a Master of Law (LL.M.) in Intellectual Property Rights and Information Technology from the University of Mumbai and a dual bachelor’s degree in arts and law (B.A., LL.B.) from ILS Law College, India. She is currently preparing for qualification as an Irish and EU Trade Mark and Design Attorney.
Outside the office, Priyanka enjoys painting, cooking and watching movies.
